All piranha parts are hot cut as there are usually only simple seams. be used.
The picture below shows half of a piranha. Once created from the two halves, they simply become congruent, overlapped (from left to left), sewn along the outer edge of the body and then turned inside out.
As you can see in the picture below, the piranha half is essentially made up of 16 identical right triangles, designed according to the sketched patterns and stitched together. They form the body and tail of a piranha. There are 2 small triangles on the tail (simple sizes). choose by feel) attached to the body (do not choose too small, because the resulting tail tunnel is ventilated). Then the abdominal cavity and dorsal fin (sizes are determined based on aesthetic considerations) are sewn on. Finally, the eyes are applied.
To make the teeth, measure the length of the mouth opening and use that to determine the width of the teeth (I use 6 teeth for half the fish). Since the sides of the teeth are sewn, of course the appropriate seam allowance must be taken into account when cutting out the teeth. It will also look good if you choose teeth a little wider and then lighten them. sewn overlapping to the mouth. The teeth on both sides, where they are not, can be sewn to the mouth, so first hem it (preferably double), then sew it to the body.
Finally, place the two fish halves, outer sides, on top of each other. Sew along the edge of the body (preferably from the tip of the tail). Work towards the mouth so that sewing errors do not become so noticeable. fold), turn the body inside out and the piranha is ready.
Finally, all you have to do is attach the scale using the scale lines. either sewn directly to the tips of the teeth, or small loops are sewn to the tips of the teeth, to which balance straps are attached.
As (almost) always happens: the scale cannot be long enough. For scale length, choose a scale length that is at least 3 times your body length.
The Piranha builds very quickly, can be scaled at will, and produces amazing pulling power for its size. Because the sides of its body are flat. If so, then there is nothing wrong with making them from a whole piece of spinach. and then apply the dots as a pattern, for example (I built a piranha like this, all pink with black dots, black teeth and fins - looks really fun). If you want to If you decide to sew on the teeth with a slight overlap, it is recommended to do this first. We sew both halves of the body together and only then attach the teeth.
